In this geography driven study, we will be exploring the geography and science curriculum through the key question - 'Where does our food come from?'

As geographers, we will Use aerial photographs and plan perspectives to recognise the key areas of a farm. We will devise simple maps; and use and construct basic symbols in a key. We will extend our work on climates to explore why we import many of our fruits and vegtables from abroad. 

As Scientists, we will look at how the daily weather patterns affect farming in the UK and look at the different groups of animals.

Throughout this study,  we will continually revisit and refine our skills to ensure that our 'golden nuggets' of knowledge will be embedded into our long term memories!
