Our Spring Learning Journey
How exciting- the Easter bunnies came to visit pre school today. We had to go on an egg hunt in the adventure playground to find 9 eggs 🥚 we found all of them.
We have learnt about ‘ sound” this term, and enjoyed exploring the instruments both indoors and outside. We made our own shakers using a variety of materials and did mini performances within Pre school . ( YES Pre School has talent)
We worked as a team to see if we could blow down the houses 🏠 using a hairdryer,,,,,, through our experiment we learnt that the house made of bricks was the strongest,!, Like that big, bad wolf we could not blow down the house,!
We have all really enjoyed learning about “ Who lives in the deep, dark wood ? “
Fun in the sun ☀️ we even managed to eat our lunch outside 😎
The children have been so respectful and spiritual during our Holy Week , Mrs Pugh and I feel really proud of them.
We are very good at looking after our sunflower 🌻 seeds. We know they need sunshine ☀️ and water, and were very excited when we saw a little shoot poking through the soil.
Super PE session on the large equipment. The children were so good at listening 👂 and following our safety rules. They were confident at challenging themselves and discovering different ways of travelling on the apparatus.
The children acted out the story of The Three Little Pigs 🐷 after listening to the story in pre school. Then we had great fun on the balance bikes and scooters.
