Brain Tumour Research

Wear A Hat Day is one of the UK’s biggest and most important brain tumour research fundraising and awareness-raising days.

The connection for wearing a hat is simple. Wearing a hat is not only fashionable, stylish and fun, but it also draws attention to the head and brain tumours, a devastating and at times ‘invisible disease’. Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer.

We have great fun wearing a crazy hat for £1 and we are proud to support this charity as members of our own school and parish community have, unfortunately, been affected by brain cancer in many close and personal ways.
