Father Stefan Laszczyk (Parish Priest)

I just want to say hello to each and everyone of you, for me.  I was born on the 18th May 1968 (Saint John Paul’s birthday was also the 18th May). My father was Polish (yes that does explain the surname and my middle name which also has another z), my mother was a Brummie and I was born in Birmingham.

I was ordained in 1997.  I have been a secondary school chaplain for 20 years, a parish priest for 17 years, and twice I have been a university chaplain.

I joined Our Lady and St Kenelm as Parish Priest on 12th October 2020 and was officially inducted as Parish Priest at Our Lady and St Kenelm Church on 11th November 2020 by Archbishop Bernard Longley.  On 5th June 2022, I became Parish Priest of Our Lady of Lourdes, Old Hill.
