The children enjoyed the story about “Little Glow” and how important light, flames 🔥 and candles feature in so many different “ CELEBRATIONS “ they made a hat to represent their little individual glow which lights up every room they enter.
The children learnt about “ Diwali “ and how it is celebrated. They listened to the stories and learnt some new vocabulary such as Hindu, festival, Rama, Sita, Hanuman, Diwali.
The children are aware that “ Birthdays”🎈 are something we celebrate 🥳 and can recall what happens at them, drawing on their own personal experiences.
