The car is loaded with all your donations; to take to St Chad’s Sanctuary, in Birmingham! The Caritas Ambassadors are very excited for this opportunity, to visit the Sanctuary and have time to pop into the Cathedral during this special time, of Lent! πππ
During our visit to the Sanctuary, it was very thought provoking to hear about the work they do to support those less fortunate than themselves.
It was lovely to walk the Stations of the Cross and talk about how Mary must have been feeling during this time, at the Cathedral. ππ
Thank you to all our wonderful parents and carers for your continued support and generosity! πππ
After Easter, we will be collecting ‘Pants for Pentecost’. The staff at the Sanctuary informed us that to support this project, and ensure that everyone is treated with dignity, they need packs of adults, men & women, and children’s new pants! #Dignityofthehumanperson
