Writing Competition Success for Maddison in Y6
To mark the hundredth anniversary of the First World War, James Morris, our local MP hosted a writing competition for schools in Halesowen and Rowley Regis.
We were delighted, but not surprised, to be informed that one of our school pupils had won. Well done to Maddison Rudge, who is in Y6. She wrote a beautiful poem about the World War. Mr Morris was invited into school to talk to the children in Assembly and present Maddison with her reward.
