Operation Christmas Child
Operation Christmas Child!
Every year we support Operation Christmas Child. We ask the families in our school to fill a shoebox with gifts for a child in another country. It's a great way to teach children about different countries and to appreciate all that they have.
We ask them to take a moment on Christmas Day to say a prayer for the child who receives their shoebox.
This campaign has grown since we began doing it in December 2017. Last year we sent almost 100 boxes. This year we able to send almost 70 boxes.
