NEW MESSAGE:

The children in Y6 are currently working on a collaborative piece of art around the theme of 'Refugees' and we are delighted to tell you that a local art gallery has agreed to display their work from 17th July to 9th Septmeber 2023.

The gallery, The Art Yard in Cradley Heath, have also agreed to let us have an exhibition night on Monday 17th July from 6:00 to 8:30pm, where children and their families can come, see the piece, and have light refreshments. We can't wait to see you there!

Please return your photo consent for by WEDNESDAY 12TH JULY.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to visit Witley Court next week due to 'operational reasons' at their site. Instead, we are going to walk into Stourport from Astley Burf and have a tour of the canal. We plan for children to get an ice cream from one of the local shops, so please ensure your child has money if they wish to have an ice cream. Please bear in mind, there is also a tuck shop on site at Astley Burf where children can buy snacks etc. Children are responsible for looking after their own money.

Polite reminder: All medical forms need to be completed and returned to school, with details of ANY medication needed (inhalers, hayfever etc. included).

Please fill in the details on your child's sponsor card and return to school by FRIDAY 16TH JUNE. We will collect the sponsor cards and bring them to Confirmation in church on Monday 19th June. Thank you.

Can you please send the reply slip for our library visit into school no later that Thursday 8th June. Thank you.
