Thank you to all those parents who came to our very first

'Parents in Partnership'

meeting- we hope you found it useful and informative- don't forget to fill in your form to let us know how you would like to get involved in school life.

Remember...we need your support.

We are always glad to have parents and grandparents to help in school with all kinds of activities including: listening to children read, sewing, art work, accompanying groups on visits, operating the library (training provided),   gardening to name just a few.

As you will know from the news, all children in Reception, Y1 and Y2 are entitled to a school meal free of charge; However, there is still a separate system for families who are on a low income.

This means your child will continue to receive a free meal when they move into KS2 and entitle school to claim funding which will pay for any clubs your child wishes to attend, music lessons, residential, trips and in some cases extra tuition as well as other benefits for at least 6 years from the date you are seen to be eligible. Please see Mrs Finnegan, Miss Costello or the office in confidence. No other children or parents know who receive pupil premium so there should only be positives and no stigma attached.

If anyone would like to apply for Free School Meals or report a change of circumstances,

please see the Free School Meals website.

See the link below:-

This will enable parents to check to see if they are eligible for Free School Meals.

Stay here for a tour of the school
