Desert to Garden

🌵 Desert to Garden 🌿

The Bible tells us about many places where God met His people. Two very different places are the desert and the garden.

🌵 The Desert

A desert can be hot, dry, and lonely. In the Bible, the desert was sometimes a place where people felt afraid, tired, or unsure of what would happen next.

Jesus spent 40 days in the wilderness. He was hungry and was tempted by the devil. But Jesus trusted God and obeyed His Word.

Jesus showed us that when life is difficult, we can trust God too.

🌿 The Garden

At the end of Jesus' earthly life, He went to a garden called Gethsemane.

Jesus knew that He was going to suffer. He felt very sad and prayed to His Father:

“Not my will, but yours be done.”
— Luke 22:42

Jesus chose to obey God.

After Jesus died on the cross, He was placed in a tomb. But on the third day, something wonderful happened!

Jesus rose from the dead!

The garden where the disciples found the empty tomb became a place of hope and joy.

🌵➡️🌿 From Desert to Garden

The desert reminds us of difficult times.

The garden reminds us of new life and hope.

Jesus shows us that even when things seem dark, God is still working.

❤️ What can we learn?

  • We can trust God when life is difficult.
  • We can pray when we are afraid or sad.
  • We can obey God, just as Jesus did.
  • Jesus brings hope, new life, and joy.

⭐ Remember

God can turn our deserts into places of hope.

Jesus is alive!
