Dear God, Thank You for the gift of a new school year. As 2026 begins,we place this season of learning, growth, and discovery into Your hands. Go with us into every classroom and lesson. Give us focus when we study, understanding when things are difficult, and confidence when we feel unsure. Help us to use our gifts wisely and to always do our best. When we feel overwhelmed, give us peace. When we face challenges, give ys strength. When we succeed, keep us humble and thankful. Bless this school year with safety, growth, and purpose. May 2026 be a year of knowledge, good friendships, and positive change. We trust You to guide me through this journey. Amen.

Inspired by the teachings of Christ, our Mission is to build his kingdom here on earth, at our school of sanctuary, where everyone is welcome. Through Catholic Social Teaching and encompassing our Gospel Virtues, we want everyone to be empowered to turn concern into action, serving our community and beyond, knowing that everyone is made in the image & likeness of Christ.

School is closed tomorrow, Friday 9th January 2026!

Dear Parents and Carers,

As you are aware, a weather warning has been issued in relation to Storm Goretti. Following careful consideration of the forecasted conditions and in the interest of ensuring the safety of our pupils, staff, and wider school community, we have taken the decision to close the school tomorrow.

This decision has not been taken lightly. However, given the potential risks associated with severe weather, including hazardous travel conditions, we believe this is the most responsible course of action at this time.

The school will remain closed for the full day. We will continue to monitor the situation closely over the weekend and will provide further updates as necessary through our usual communication channels.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and thank you for your continued support.

From Mrs F
