Welcome to our new school website. In here you will find out what's happening in our Class. 

Welcome to the Year One website!

During the first term in Year One we aim to make the transition between Reception and Year One as smooth as possible for our children.

We work on making the children more independent and more formal learning begins here in Year One. Our curriculum includes RE, Maths Makes Sense, Read Write Ink, Science, Geography, History, Art, ICT, Music, PE and of course Forest School.

St Francis

St Francis is the Year One class Saint. We celebrated his Feast Day on the 4th October.

Christmas 2014

We had a very busy Christmas, with our wonderful KS1 Nativity play called The Little Donkey.

A big well done to all of KS1!

We then had our Christmas party and of course the magician!

We had lots of fun!
