Our Lady and St Kenelm's church and school hold a special place in our family, both my husband and I have grown up in the parish and attended the primary school (many years ago) and now our daughter is a pupil.
We are committed to the parish and its school community and grateful of the support, friendship and care it has shown us over the years. To be asked to be a Foundation Governor by the previous parish priest, Father Bruce, was a privilege.
In my professional life I have previously worked in the business and tourism industry before settling in the further and higher education industry. I have taught for over 18 years and have experience of being a Head of department, strategic planning, staff recruitment, course performance management and recently external quality assurance and verification.
As a Governor I endeavour to ensure the future and ongoing success of the school, whilst always ensuring that the Catholic faith and children are at the centre of all our schools' vision and purpose.
