When accessing live lessons please make sure cameras are on and microphones are muted once learning has started. 

Also it would be great if you could share any pictures of home learning on Teams.  

How to upload your evidence:

On teams, there is a tab at the top called 'files'.

You will see in the 'files' section, I have created a folder for each child. This is where you need to upload their work. I understand that scanning work etc may not not possible in most cases, therefore I ask if you can take a photo of the piece of work up close and upload the photo to their folder in files. 

This way we can celebrate learning and assess the children that are home learning.

As we are all aware, our children need a routine and unfortunately the normal routine of school life has changed. I have put together a visual timetable for each day with pictures we use in class. You could print these timetables off and display them each day, the children are used to referring to our classroom timetable already so they should start to do the same at home. Hopefully this will stop the questions - 'what are we doing now?' 'what are we doing next?' and encourage independence for the children's own home learning (giving you a few minutes peace).

I would also like to take this opportunity to say thank you. You're all doing the very best you can in these uncertain times, many of you juggling home learning with siblings and full time jobs. Please take each day as it comes and only do what works for you and your family. We are providing the online lessons & there are plenty of resources/websites for you to access to support you but please do not feel like you have to complete everything.

Hello!  We have started a whole school competition called 'Race to Tokyo!' The Olympics this year are in Tokyo, Japan. Each class will be racing to see who can get there first.
